What to Expect Once the Fire Is Out

When we arrive, our first action is to secure the building by boarding up walls and sealing the roof as needed. Making sure your possessions are secure is our top priority. Any contents damaged by soot and smoke that still remain salvageable are transferred to our new climate-controlled facility. Our experienced technicians dry-clean your clothes, furniture, and carpets. We also dry documents, restore your photos, and clean your electronics.

In addition, we work with your insurance company to coordinate your claim, and to help you get your life back in order. Our compassionate fire damage experts work quickly to restore your property to its pre-fire condition.

Smoke & Odor Removal

During the cleanup phase, we remove all debris and use special equipment and chemicals to remove the smoke odor from your structure. We don’t cover the smell—we use meticulous methods to make sure it is completely removed.
